The shame created by the alleged act of plagiarism by the rookie Supreme Court justice who wrote the decision dismissing the World War II Filipino comfort women's case continues to hug, infect and rule the Philippine mass media headlines...even as the victims of Japanese sexual greed during the last great war, now frail and old and hungry, continue to suffer in silence. The Court seems to have have switched on the retaliation button against the two militant lawyers who raised the issue of plagiarism in their hard-hitting but civil motion for reconsideration filed with the Court.
