Obama openly criticized the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Citizen's United and the allegedly corrupting and corrosive influences of super PACS. Now he apparently thinks super PACS are OK when they support the right candidates (Obama and Dems).

Judicial Watch has released its latest list. Can't say I disagree with anyone being on their list. However, as a caveat, this is a self-described conservative group. Who would you add or subtract? Thanks to Bennett Jones for the link
What authority does the U.S. have to Kill U.S. Citizens Overseas?
My own conclusion is that it has a lot of, but not unlimited, authority if the person is outside the usual legal jurisdiction of the U.S and has committed criminal acts against the U.S. or U.S. citizens. This suit may help answer that question. LINK
